Cookie Policy.
How DTLK uses cookies and analytics on this site — and how you stay in control.
Our approach
The site is built to respect your privacy. Nothing non-essential loads until you allow it: analytics and marketing measurement are opt-in, per category. We do not use cross-site tracking and never sell data.
Strictly necessary storage
To remember your choices we store a single value in your browser's local storage ("dtlk-cookie-consent"). It is not a tracking cookie, it never leaves your device, and it carries no personal data — only which categories you allowed.
Analytics (opt-in)
When you allow Analytics, we load Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — cookieless, aggregate traffic and performance — and may load Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to tell returning browsers apart. GA4 does not store your IP address. Until you allow this category, none of these scripts load.
Marketing measurement (opt-in)
Reserved for measuring ad campaigns — for example Google Ads conversion tracking. We run no marketing tags today; if that changes, they will load only after you allow the Marketing category. We never build cross-site advertising profiles.
Your choice
The consent banner asks once, per category, and the panel below lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops those scripts from loading on your next page view.
Processors
Analytics data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. (hosting, cookieless analytics) and — only if you allow it — Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4). No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the site evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new version and date. Questions about cookies or your data: office@dtlklog.com.
Manage your preferences
Toggle a category to apply it immediately — the choice is saved on this device. Resetting clears it, and the banner will ask again.
Analytics
Traffic and performance measurement — Vercel Analytics (cookieless) and Google Analytics 4 (first-party cookies).
Marketing
Ad-campaign measurement such as Google Ads conversions. Currently not in use — nothing loads today.
