Privacy policy.

A short, honest summary of what data we collect through the site, why we need it and how you can stay in control of it.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how DTLK (Dnipro Transport Logistics Company) — "DTLK", "we", "us" — collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to dtlklog.com.

The data controller is DTLK (Dnipro Transport Logistics Company), located at 18 Ivana Akinfiieva St., office 216, Dnipro, Ukraine.

We process personal data in accordance with Ukraine's Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" and, for visitors from the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

02What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to handle your request and provide our logistics services. We do not collect payment details on the site and do not ask for special categories of personal data.

  • Request data: the name and phone number you enter in the quote form. Optionally, your company name and the route and cargo description you provide.
  • Technical data: visit statistics (page views, device type, approximate region) gathered through the analytics tools described in "Cookies and analytics".

03Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:

  • Handling your request and contacting you: to calculate a rate, prepare a dispatch schedule and reply to your enquiry. Legal basis — taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with clients.
  • Providing logistics services and performing a contract: if you become a client. Legal basis — performance of a contract.
  • Improving the site: anonymous analytics help us keep the site fast and usable. Legal basis — our legitimate interest.
  • Legal compliance: retaining documents where the law requires it. Legal basis — compliance with a legal obligation.

04Cookies and analytics

Analytics tools load only after you allow them in the cookie banner: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (cookieless) and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4, which uses first-party cookies to measure visits. Marketing measurement (such as Google Ads conversion tracking) would run only under a separate Marketing consent — no such tags are in use today.

The categories, the cookies involved and your controls are described in the Cookie Policy, where you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

05Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Otherwise, we rely on trusted service providers (processors) that handle data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

  • Resend — email delivery: your request details are sent to us by email through the Resend service.
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics: the site is hosted on the Vercel platform, which also provides visit and performance analytics.
  • Google — analytics: if you allow it, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) processes visit statistics on our behalf.

06International data transfers

Our service providers (including Resend, Vercel and Google) may process data on servers outside Ukraine, including in the United States. In such cases we rely on providers that apply appropriate data-protection safeguards in line with applicable law.

07Data retention

We keep request data only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship, and to meet our legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed, the data is deleted or anonymised.

08Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the rights listed below. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details in the "Privacy contact" section:

  • access your data and receive a copy of what we hold;
  • correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data or restriction of its processing;
  • object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

09Data security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children's privacy

The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top.
