1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the dtlklog.com website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by DTLK — the Dnipro Transport Logistics Company (“DTLK”, “we”).

2. About this website

The Site is an informational resource presenting DTLK’s rail logistics and multimodal transport services. All information published on the Site is provided for general information purposes only.

The materials on the Site do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and create no contractual obligations for either party. Using the Site does not, in itself, form a contract between you and DTLK.

3. Quote requests

The form on the Site lets you send a preliminary, non-binding request for a shipping estimate. Submitting such a request is optional and obliges neither you nor DTLK to enter into a contract.

Any indicative estimates, rates, or timeframes provided in response are preliminary and non-binding, and do not constitute a firm offer. A contract of carriage or freight forwarding is concluded separately, in writing, on terms agreed between the parties.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, design, structure, and the “DTLK” name and marks — belongs to DTLK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law.

You may view the Site’s materials and print them for your own non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use without DTLK’s prior written consent is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to break any applicable law, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to use the Site to distribute malware or to collect data by automated means without our permission.

By submitting information through the Site’s forms, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide any third-party personal data you include.
